Mii's!

No one else will appreciate these pictures. They were strictly taken for my sisters benefit. Chris and Ethan were playing the Wii this evening and I crack up every single time I see RT's Mii. I decided to take a picture of each of us to show Amy. In case you don't know what a Mii is, it's like "your guy" every time you play the Wii. You design everything from the clothes to the teeth. You know how we like to showcase RT's teeth! Enjoy!

The following pictures were taken by Ethan. I'm so glad that he's feeling better tonight. He has a cold/allergies and had a low grade fever today. At one point he even threw up. My poor little man. Chris came home with our alarm guy this afternoon and he wanted to go back to work with him SO bad. After Chris left I told him that we couldn't go to Daddy's work because he was sick. About 10 minutes later, he said, "See Mommy, I'm not coughing anymore. Can I go see Daddy now?"

Just some pajama time fun!

Clap it up for my sister, the header queen!!

Thank you, Ticker for the wonderful job that you did on my header! I know that you have a long list of blogs to tweak for your friends, but I have some friends who would love your assistance! You have a true talent with these things!

We baked cookies today. Although they were not very good, we had fun decorating them! Emerson wanted to get up on the chair with Ethan. She's growing up so fast! :( I wish that they would stay these ages forever! More pictures in the album.

Picture Day!

Today is Ethan's picture day at school. Here are a few pictures of them that I took this morning. He did so great last year with his fall pictures, so they'll be hard to top! I have to take him to the allergist this afternoon to see if he's allergic to peanuts. He swelled up when taking a bite (and immediately spitting it out) of my peanut butter sandwich last month. He has tried peanut butter from time to time, but has never liked it. We'll see how it goes!

"It's like a tractor train!"

That was Ethan's description of the hay ride at Truman's Pumpkin Patch. We went to Fayetteville with our friends (well, pretty much family if you ask me), the Turners. It was pretty cheesy, but it was the first year that they put it on. I think that once they get all the kinks worked out it will be a pretty cute place to take kids to. They had four inflatable bounce houses, pony rides, face painting, hay rides and train rides. They even got to take their very own pumpkin home! The boys enjoyed themselves. Drew is getting so much better at climbing up those slides, although Ethan still helps him a little. We make Ethan go behind him in case he needs a shove! Ethan thinks that he's Drew's big brother I think! He loves Drew SO much, it's sweet.

After we left there we went to the mall, Old Navy, Party City and Target. We bought Ethan's party decorations, etc. It's amazing how much a birthday costs. I never had a clue growing up. We had dinner at Logan's Roadhouse and headed home. Emerson fell asleep on the way home and has been asleep since. I better get some shut eye in case she's up early. More pictures in the web album. In the picture below, Ethan is "doing what Logan does in his pictures!"

A rainy afternoon...

As I'm sure you all can tell by now, my son is a super hero...everyday. Today he was fighting the rain with his mini sword. Emerson and I sat at the door and watched him. He likes to put on "shows." He's very dramatic as you can see by his facial expressions! Enjoy!

I LOVE popsicles!

Ethan had his buddies over this afternoon while Emerson napped. He had a wonderful time with Caleb and Isaiah. Those two little boys are the most interesting and animated little boys. I just love them! Here are a few pictures that I was able to take while they were actually still, eating popsicles. As you can see by my little girls hair, she had just gotten up from her nap.

Batman to the rescue!

What a handsome little boy, right? I just love my babies. The first video is camping at home yesterday and the second is on our back porch playing with the neighbors puppies.
